Start A Game
First you might want to take a look at the Intro. Then start the game by selecting New Game. Choose among three levels of difficulty and two different characters. Now a unique random world will be created which may take a minute.

Fighting
To fight against enemies, move your character towards them by using the direction keys on softkey3 or the number keys. Use key 5 or press softkey3 to rest.The bottom field shows your character's experience points (EP), state of health (Energy), Level and the amount of money you own (Gold). |

Communication
To talk to people, move your character towards them by using the direction keys on softkey3 or the number keys. A dialog box will appear.Use the direction keys on softkey3 or the number keys to browse questions and answers in the dialog box.
Use key 5 or press softkey3 to select a question or an answer. |

Items
To pick up an item, move your character onto it and press softkey3. A dialog box will appear. Press softkey3 or key 5 to use the item or to move it into your inventory.If more items than one are lying on the ground, you can browse those by pressing softkey1 and selecting Environment. |

Inventory
To access your inventory, press softkey1 and select Inventory.
Browse the inventory by using the direction keys on softkey3 or the number keys. Use key 5 or press softkey3 to select and use an item or to drop it.
Items that you wear and the weapon you have wielded are marked with a green spot. |

Map
To access the map, use softkey2 or use softkey1 and select Map from the menu. Left side shows the sector, right side the world. To deactivate map view press softkey2 again.
Relevant places like cities, towers or caves in your sector or on the world map are marked in different colors. Regions you don't know yet are covered black on the world map. |

Save/Load
To save a game, use softkey2, select System - Save and choose one of the slots. Press key 5 or softkey5 to save your game.To load a game on start select Load Game in the start menu. To load a game during playing, use softkey2, select System - Load and choose a game by using key 5 or softkey3. |
